There are very few experiences as pleasurable as playing an album you haven't listened to since high school (when you used to keep it on constant rotation in your minivan's 6-deck CD player) and discovering that you still know all of the lyrics.

i did this recently with a DMB album... i can totally relate... I had no idea i remembered the whole live CD... funny how the memories come back as well...
Not to cast judgment on DMB, but the experience is even better when the bad is so shameful..
OK, I'll bite: which album?

I had the same experience with T.I.'s first album.
I feel like I know all the lyrics to novelty Beatles songs like "Paperback Writer" and "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" without having made any effort to hear those songs since I was in 5th grade.
But "bliss" is not the word that comes to mind in these instances.
i feel like i know all the movements in novelty Mozart symphonies like "37" without having made any effort to bump that shit since I was in diapers.
Hear, hear (and here, here)!
herman furry paws, I thought I was the only one. yna'wa'i mean.
Whats up man,
Got to your blog through the 'next blog' feature... I'm on a mission of my own to get a visit from a person from 100 different countries to my otherwise boring blog.
Represent your country and post a little if you feel up to it.
From, a man on a mission.
was it Hanson?
